Who should attend:
-Those with no degree
-Those with a degree, but not a teaching certificate
-Those with a teaching certificate who want another grade level or subject
-Those who work, or want to work, in Clare, Gladwin, or Midland Counties

Congratulations to the "Deck the Door" Winner!
Clare-Gladwin RESD Employees added a touch of holiday cheer with a Deck the Door Contest. After employee voting, the champions emerged—Sharon Schaar, Jessika Alfonso, Mia Fetzer, and Nicole Ganong, who collaborated to create a festive "Whoville" door at the Clare-Gladwin Area School. Hats off to the creative winners of the competition!
Sixteen entries in the Deck the Door contest displayed fantastic holiday decorations, showcasing a delightful variety of creativity. The overall quality of all submissions was truly wonderful. We express sincere gratitude to all participants across CGRESD departments for their contribution to the contest's success.


Inspired by Dr. Seuss' "I Am Sam-I-Am," the Early On community playgroup celebrated Green Eggs and Ham Day while enjoying eating delicious green eggs. The activity was facilitated by Occupational Therapist Hilary Vasher, Speech Therapist Jen Topham, and Playgroup Teacher Rachel Haltiner.

CELEBRATE NATIONAL SPECIAL EDUCATION DAY
Special Education Day is celebrated on December 2 to commemorate the signing of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act into law on this day in 1975 (IDEA). IDEA granted children with special needs access to free and quality public education.
