The Clare-Gladwin Area School recently received a generous donation of $2,292 from the Harrison Knights of Columbus Council 7571. Representatives Richard Gostomski and George Short presented the check to Assistant Superintendent of Special Education Mike Simon. The funds, raised through the council's Tootsie Roll sale, will be used to provide essential resources supporting students’ communication, sensory, and life skills. The Area School thanks the Knights of Columbus for their ongoing commitment, noting that their annual contributions have made a meaningful impact on the school community. #CGRESD #Areaschool #OurStory #Knightsofcolumbus

On September 13th, Clare-Gladwin RESD sponsored a valuable training session on Language Acquisition through Motor Planning (LAMP). Participants explored essential components of language and discovered a powerful communication tool for expressing wants, needs, ideas, and emotions. This session laid the groundwork for future LAMP training, and we’re excited to continue this journey of learning together!
