The Clare-Gladwin RESD CTE Education Occupations class has been busy learning and having field trips over the last month to promote growth and understanding in their field. Students have visited: Ferris State University, Saginaw Valley State University and Western Michigan University. Throughout these experiences students participated in breakout sessions, campus tours and engaged in leadership activities.

As an ISD/RESA Data Steward champion, DeVonna has played a vital role in promoting the adoption and growth of functionality with the MiDataHub. Yesterday evening the Clare-Gladwin RESD CTE programs hosted their bi-annual Advisory Committee meeting at the Magnus Center. Each advisory committee provides valuable insight into current industry practices and also guidance for each program on equipment purchases and work-based learning opportunities. Additionally, in customary fashion, our Culinary Arts program prepared the dinner for all guests and had several capable student workers to help make the evening a success.
