The Clare-Gladwin Area School Board Association recently honored 25 local high school students at the 2025 TurnAround Achievement Awards Ceremony, recognizing those who have overcome significant obstacles in their academic and personal lives.
Students from Beaverton, Clare, Farwell, Gladwin, Harrison, Bullock Creek, Coleman, and Meridian were nominated by teachers and administrators for demonstrating outstanding perseverance, growth, and determination. Since its founding in 2006, the program has brought students, families, and educators together for a celebration of resilience and success. This year’s event was held at the Tobacco Ranch Venue in Clare and included recognition from CGRESD and Mid Michigan College.
