WAVE & PAVE Programs
 
MMI’s youth services (WAVE and PAVE) are year round classes, activities, and mentoring services designed for youth in Clare, Gladwin, Arenac and Iosco Counties. Participants attend classes at their local school or in the summer at a

Steps to Success-Services for youth ages 19-21
 
A fast paced program designed to provide young adults (ages 19-21) assistance with employability skills, resume writing, cover letters, and interviewing skills. The program also includes job shadowing and paid work experience related to their vocational interest. Services include the above elements in addition to incentive payments, job search and placement assistance, career counseling and planning. Michigan Rehabilitation Services (MRS)
 
You can get help in discovering your interests and talents. An MRS counselor works one-on-one to help prepare you for an interesting career or get a good job.
