Previously CGRESD posted Personal Curriculum Documents. The MDE has contracted with ACTPoint to develop and update documents for district use when developing a Personal Curriculum. The ACTPoint documents are very similar to the ones created by CGRESD. However, they are the first to get the updates and have the capacity to keep the forms up to date with any changes in legislation.
To ensure you have access to the latest forms CGRESD will no longer be posting the forms on our website. We encourage you to use the forms on the ACTPoint website: http://www.actpoint.com/mi/index.cfm
