Announcement
Previously CGRESD posted Personal Curriculum Documents. The MDE has contracted with ACTPoint to develop and update documents for district use when developing a Personal Curriculum. The ACTPoint documents are very similar to the ones created by CGRESD. However, they are the first to get the updates and have the capacity to keep the forms up to date with any changes in legislation.
To ensure you have access to the latest forms CGRESD will no longer be posting the forms on our website. We encourage you to use the forms on the ACTPoint website: http://www.actpoint.com/mi/index.cfm If you need login and password information contact Deb Snyder at 989-386-8670. Project Description: ActPoint is an easy to use automated service for schools to use to accurately pre-qualify personal curriculum requests specific to the Michigan Merit Curriculum. It eliminates inconsistencies and errors in the qualification process and links to relevant documents, policies, and procedures. It automatically generates personalized action plans and/or forms and reports to assist the user in understanding the decision for taking the next step. ActPoint is a web-based application accessed through an internet connection and there is no software to install. MDE Personal Curriculum LinkHigh School Content Expectations (HSCE)
