CTE FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

 

When and where are CTE classes held?

CTE classes are held during two sessions:

  • Morning: 8:30 a.m. to 10: 45 a.m.
  • Afternoon: 12 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.

CTE programs are held in a variety of locations, including in classrooms at the local high schools and in rented space at Mid Michigan Community College. Transportation is provided.

 

How many students are currently enrolled in CTE? 

Approximately 360 students from Clare and Gladwin counties are enrolled in CTE programs. 

 

What types of high school and college credit can I earn in CTE? 

All nine CTE programs fulfill the MME requirement for the fourth-year math related course! 

Students can also articulate college credits through the successful completion of a CTE course.
